Medical X-rays use energy beams to generate images of tissues, bones, and other structures inside the body.

Your provider may order an X-ray to help diagnose tumors, bone injuries, or other reasons for your spine pain.

Certain areas of the spine may be targeted such as the cervical, thoracic, lumbar, sacral, or coccygeal sections.
