About Inova Retail & Specialty Pharmacy

URAC accreditation sealACHC gold seal

A specialty pharmacy provides patients with specialty medications, high-cost prescription drugs used to treat complex, chronic conditions. These are typically medications which cannot be filled by neighborhood or chain-store pharmacies.

Inova Retail and Specialty Pharmacy is accredited by the ACHC (Accreditation Commission for Health Care), and is also accredited by URAC for Specialty Pharmacy. Accreditations validate our commitment to quality, accountability and patient care.

Our team of clinical pharmacists, technicians and pharmacy liaisons assist our patients in navigating through benefits investigations, prior authorizations and financial assistance programs.

Our integrated care team provides patient support which includes a custom tailored outreach, adherence support and comprehensive medication management.
