To make an appointment for diagnostic imaging services, please call 571-472-5400 Monday – Friday between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m., Saturday between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., or use our online form (CT and MRI only).

Scheduling options:

Most Inova Imaging locations offer X-rays on a walk-in basis
Mammogram screenings can be scheduled in MyChart
Certain CT scans and ultrasounds can also be scheduled in MyChart if ordered by an Inova provider

X-ray

24 hours a day, 7 days a week

CT and Ultrasound / Doppler

Monday – Friday, 7 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Saturday: 7:30 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Sunday: closed

Inova Imaging – Oakville is located on the third floor of the new state-of-the-art Inova Health Center – Oakville.

Driving:

To go directly to the parking garage, enter 2501 Oakville Street Alexandria VA 22301 in your GPS. Follow the signs to Inova’s designated parking area (P1). Take the Blue Elevator to Level 3 for Imaging.

Parking ticket:

Validate your parking ticket at registration when you arrive for your appointment or emergency visit. You will scan your validated ticket at the P1 patient parking gate and again at the main exit gate to exit the parking garage. A $50 charge will apply if your ticket is not validated.

Public transportation:

Inova Health Center – Oakville is located 0.5 miles from the Potomac Yard metro station and adjacent to the Swann Avenue Transitway bus stop. Go south on Route 1 – Highway, turn right on Fannon St. and the entrance will be on your right.
