The information security team is responsible for ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data and technology by conducting assessments and implementing control frameworks.
As an intern, you will work with Inova’s project management office and cyber security assessors. Your role will involve evaluating the existing internal controls, conducting third-party risk assessments, reviewing current processes and procedures, and providing recommendations. Additionally, you will be able to collaborate with the Privileged Access Management (PAM) Analysts to improve the new Identity and Access Management Program.
High-impact data and analytics are critical for organizational decision-making. Interns will work with Inova's clinical analytics team and gain first-hand experience with electronic medical records, data visualization, and data management.
Students with a background or interest in clinical concepts, data, SQL, and/or statistics are encouraged to apply.
