About Stella Hetelekidis, MD

Dr. Stella Hetelekidis is a specialty care physician board certified in radiation oncology.  She joined Inova Health System in 1999 and has been practicing since 1993.

Prior to joining Inova, Dr. Hetelekidis practiced at Duke University Hospital in Durham, NC, and the Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Dana Farber Cancer Institute in Boston, MA.

Dr. Hetelekidis specializes in breast and gynecologic cancers. She believes in treating every patient like a family member. She helps her patients understand their diagnoses and options, and works together with the patient and her fellow physicians to develop a treatment plan.
