Holiday Hours

With the exception of Inova hospitals, Inova Emergency Care and Inova-GoHealth Urgent Care, all Inova outpatient offices will be closed for the Christmas and New Year's Day holidays – Wednesday, Dec. 25 and Wednesday, Jan. 1.

Some Inova care sites have additional closures for the holidays, which will be noted on the relevant location pages.

About Rex B. Ruiz, MD

Dr. Rex Ruiz is a board-certified family physician. He re-joined Inova Health System in 2020 and has been practicing at Family Medicine of Clifton/Centreville since 1999.

Dr. Ruiz is bilingual in Spanish and English and advocates not only for the health of his Latino patients but also for all of Northern Virginia's diverse communities. He practices the full range of family medicine from children to adults and the elderly. He has recently become interested in telehealth.

Dr. Ruiz enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons. They are active in their faith community.
