About Elizabeth A. Lafranchise, MD

Dr. Elizabeth Lafranchise is a specialty care physician, board eligible in obstetrics and gynecology. She joined Inova in 2025 and has been practicing since 2021.

Prior to joining Inova, Dr. Lafranchise served as chief clinic resident in obstetrics and gynecology at Mercer University School of Medicine/Atrium Health Navicent in Macon, GA.

Dr. Lafranchise believes in a holistic, collaborative approach to women’s health. She is committed to empowering her patients through education, shared decision-making, and compassionate care tailored to their unique goals and needs.

In her free time, Dr. Lafranchise enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends. She is also passionate about civic engagement and has served as a Vot-ER Civic Health Fellow.
