Crystal Nemiroff is a Physical Therapist with specialization in Orthopedic and Manual Therapy. She has been with Inova Physical Therapy Center since 2004. She has a special interest in management of foot and ankle, spine, and balance/vestibular dysfunction.

Most recently, in 2015 Crystal completed her Competency Certification for Vestibular Rehabilitation through Duke University and the American Physical Therapy Association in Los Angeles, California. Crystal became interested in vestibular rehabilitation because she saw a need in the community to help patients who have vertigo and balance disorders. Her goal is to help her patients restore their functional activities and promote their independence.

Crystal is dedicated to excellence and quality service and since 2009 she has served as the Chair for the Inova Physical Therapy Center Peer Review Committee. She is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association and Orthopedics Section. As an APTA Credentialed Clinical Instructor, she has enjoyed teaching undergraduate and graduate students since 2009. Crystal was published in the August 2007 issue of the Physical Therapy Journal for her research in therapeutic ultrasound.

A native of Northern Virginia, Crystal currently resides in Leesburg with her husband, Brian. In her spare time she enjoys photography, color guard, and spending time with her family.
